   A native of Northwest Iowa Luke grew up in a farmhouse surrounded by farmland for as far as they eye could see. Starting his career in residential real estate investing/ renovating he learned the craft of investing in the right deals to earn a return on investment. Learning this robust atmosphere at a early age has helped Luke relay his investment knowledge with clients in the farmland sector.      Following his early stint in investing into real estate Luke transitioned into farmland transactions and more direct farmland auctions. Luke has attended World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA. He currently holds the lead auctioneer and auction director duties at Iowa Land Company. Here is where he leads a full service in house land auction team.  It is his goal to be the most advanced land auctioneer in Iowa. Understanding the auction marketing method can be hard to keep with. The market is ever advancing and it takes the right eye to fill the gaps in the land industry. Staying ahead of the curve in marketing takes a team to manage.

I am immensely grateful that I found Luke Skinner to assist me in the sale of my farm. I live in a different state than my farm.
