The farm consists of 99.35 +/- acres, located west of Glidden, Iowa right at a half mile South of Highway 30 . The farm is situated in Section 26 of Grant Township. The farm will be offered at a public auction on July 25th, 2024 at 1:00PM at the Kruger Shelter. The farm will be offered as a one tract option. Sale Method: The farm will be sold at public auction with online bidding available

Farm Lease: The farm has an open lease for 2025 cropping season. 

Survey: No survey will be provided for the purpose of the sale. 

Purchase Agreement: Immediately upon conclusion of the auction, the high bidder will enter into a real estate sales contract and deposit with the seller’s attorney the required earnest money payment. The Seller will provide a current abstract at their expense. Sale is not contingent upon Buyer obtaining financing.

Earnest Money: 10% earnest money payment is required on the day of the auction. All funds will be held in the sellers’ attorney trust account. Remaining balance will be due at closing.

Farm Possession: Buyer will receive real estate possession at closing. Open lease for cropping year 2025.    

Farm Closing: September 6th, 2024.
