The farm will be offered at a public auction on January 4th, 2024 at 1:00PM via online bidding online. The farm will be offered as a one tract option. Sale Method: The farm will be sold at public auction via online bidding only

Farm Lease: The farm has an open lease for 2024. 

Survey: No survey will be provided for the purpose of the sale. 

Purchase Agreement: Immediately upon conclusion of the auction, the high bidder will enter into a real estate sales contract and deposit with the seller’s attorney the required earnest money payment. The Seller will provide a current abstract at their expense. Sale is not contingent upon Buyer obtaining financing.

Earnest Money: 10% earnest money payment is required on the day of the auction. All funds will be held in the sellers’ attorney trust account. Remaining balance will be due at closing.

Farm Possession: Buyer will receive real estate possession at closing. Open lease 2024.    

Farm Closing: Tuesday February 20th, 2024.
