Growing up on a family farm in Northwest Iowa is something that Nick cherished at a very early age. It was there that his parents taught him what hard work consisted of by having him help grow and sell sweet corn.  This experience with entrepreneurship was eye opening for Nick and he enjoyed every bit of it. When he wasn’t helping on the farm, he played sports in high school, and later graduated from Briar Cliff University with a B.A. degree in business administration and marketing.

 

After graduating from college, Nick then turned his talents to professional photography, videography, and marketing. He enjoyed helping build one of the most sought-after brands in the hunting industry, Whitetail Properties Television, located in Pike County, Illinois. At Whitetail Properties Television he played a very crucial role in branding and setting a high standard for quality of marketing content. While he loved what he did, he found that his love was the land. Being on it every chance he could was where he always found himself, and being around clients and landowners is what proved to fuel his passion for success.

 

Fast-forward to the spring of 2017, where Nick started Iowa Land Company with his three brothers Cody, Luke, and Matt. “This made total sense,” Nick stated. “Returning to Iowa was the best decision I have ever made; the people here are awesome and the culture is simple yet phenomenal.  My roots are here, and this is where I am supposed to be. Iowa is home!” Not to mention the world-class deer hunting that Iowa has to offer. Being a die-hard hunter, Nick understands the importance of hunting where big deer live.

 

Nick specializes in selling Iowa land and marketing. From flat black dirt to combination hunting farms, Nick is extremely dedicated to satisfying the client. To Nick, being successful is more than money; it’s the process that he is so intrigued by. He believes that success comes from hard work, persistence, and determination.
