This farm consist of 164 +/- acres of prime hunting land. This tract sets up great for south and west winds. The whitetail and turkey population on this farm is exceptional. The timber sets up great with ridge tops and saddle like terrain for November bowhunting during the Iowa rut. The late season hunting is fantastic on this farm. On the east side of the farm the “Pocket” field is a great spot to leave standing corn or beans to help ambush during gun season. Multiple locations for both North and South wind stand spots. Sale Method: The farm will be sold by live public auction. Sold in 2 tracts

Contact: Immediately upon conclusion of the auction, the high bidder will enter into a real estate sales contract and deposit with the seller’s attorney the required earnest money payment. The Seller will provide a current abstract at their expense. Sale is not contingent upon Buyer obtaining financing.

Earnest Money: A 10% earnest money payment is required on the day of the auction. All funds will be held in the sellers attorney trust account.

Possession: Full possession will be after successful closing. Subject to tenants rights.

Closing: Closing will be on or before May 25th 2018
