We had yet another great auction sale in Audubon, County Iowa on March 6th, 2024 at The Recreational Center in Audubon, Iowa. We had over 25 registered bidders with active bidding from local producers. It took a total of less than two minutes to set the sale price of the farm. Audubon County, Iowa land is held in tight ownership. Out of all of Iowa. Audubon county has one of the lower sales volumes in all 99 counties of Iowa.

 

This was a good farm with good soils in a strong area in Audubon County, Iowa. With that being said, the final hammer drop of $15,800 per acre. The farm was bought by a local farmer.

Land market update for Audubon County, Iowa. An upward trend in commodity values in years 2020-2023 have made for exciting land auction sales, the past few years.
