This week slowed across the state for land auctions. There were 18 land auctions across the state. Of the 18 auctions, 17 of them met their expectations when bringing the farm to auction. Iowa Land Company Highlight of the week : Selling at auction in Palo Alto County. Northwest of Emmetsburg, Iowa, was a 106 acre farm of  100 of those acres were, the farm sold for  $8,150 per acre. That was $8,600 per tillable acre.
