Weekly Land Auction Results in Iowa 

95-100 Per CSR2 point seems to be the trading number on farmland in Iowa. We have seen quality farms in NW Iowa hold the high spot. Some farms chasing $12,000 plus per acres. Farms are volatile based on grade, location, and acres available. Quality over quantity has been very visible the last 24 months. Grade A farms are holding there own, B grade and below are starting to slide some depending on tillable acres. The recent talk in trade will play a role in where prices will go. If we see good trade outcomes I think we could see some straight line to slight increase in land values.
