There were only four auctions across the state this week totaling 640 acres. 427.38 were tillable acres of the 640 total acres being offered for sale at public auction. The weeks highest farm per CSR2 point sold at 134.06 per point in Wright county. The farm did offer wind turbines which gives additional annual income. The highest dollar per tillable acre sold in O’Brien county. That farm sold for $10,550 per acre, $11,489 a tillable acre, and 121 per CSR2 point.
