     Iowa Land Company was proud to represent the Clark farm in Clarke County, Iowa. The day of the auction several local farmers and non local investors showed up for the auction and several bidders were active.

     Auctioneer Luke skinner says,” I think we had four or five bidders in the room and three different bidders placing bids on the phone with Iowa Land Company Agents and Auction Staff. That was a fast auction and we hit our sale price rather fast. I think we represented this family and the farm rather well. They seemed to be happy with the outcome. The winning bidder for this tract was a non resident investor.”

 

      Vice president of marketing Nick Skinner states ,” At Iowa land company our farmland auction marketing timeline, is normally 30 days long. We introduce the property we are bringing to auction both digitally, and through print ads and also local brick and mortar signage. I think today we seen results in the marketing efforts we pushed the last three weeks.”
