There was a total of 14 tracts that went up for sale, however, only 12 of the 14 tracts were majority farmland sales. This week’s highlight was in Central Iowa where a 86 CSR2 farm brought $10,900 per acre the farm was located in Story County Iowa. High-quality dirt is still bringing premium value because the DEMAND is there due to the lack of farms being offered for sale.
